After the small simple celebration, we went to Lot 1 as he wants to buy some books and also get an organizer for me as a present..

We went to a property investment seminar too.. Quite an interesting seminar.. Ended the day with our brunch at Long John Silver. Took bus home after the seminar and the bus is so packed that I don't have anything to grab on. So, I grabbed Chris! Hahas.. Luckily never fall down..
